Описание: Резонансные дела всегда возлагают массив ответственности на плечи адвоката, поскольку вопрос стоит уже не только в том, чтобы защитить права и интересы клиента, но и его честь и достоинство. Летом 2019 пенсионер пострадал от противозаконных (хулиганских) действий сотрудника полиции, в результате чего ему были нанесены легкие телесные повреждения, которые, учитывая возраст пострадавшего (68 лет) могли привести к необратимым негативным последствиям. Поэтому дело набрала публичности, пострадавший получил еще и моральный ущерб, которая заключалась в потере сна, аппетита и нормального самочувствия. Сейчас открыто уголовное производство по ч.1 ст. 296 УК, а именно хулиганство. В соответствии с Уголовно процессуальным кодексом Украины, нами, как законными представителями пострадавшего пенсионера, было подано гражданский иск, который своей целью имеет возмещения нашему клиенту морального вреда вследствие преступления, было совершено работником полиции.
